The clock stopped working twice in1 day. It has a fault. The second needle gets stuck with the other needles and stops moving all together. They don't have a refund policy so be careful before buying this

It is good product in the price range

This is a pure art piece. it looks awesome. may feel light when held but once you set it up it is just great. ensure you hang at around 6/7 feet high

The watch becomes slow after 8 months .I insert a new battery but still not giving correct time. Contacted the seller: "Sir, Send the Order id, Your name, Date of Purchase & 2 photos, 1 video of the clock which is not working condition on auromin support number " After sending necessary docs "Sir Send the clock with original packing to the our warehouse to this address, Once the clock was received at our warehouse. We will exchange your clock and dispatch your clock within 1-2 working days and deliver the clock within 5-7 working days." Finally i found my courier cost is more than the machine cost. So it is worth buying only if you are in their city or local to it. Shedding money while under warranty is typically irritating plus headache breeder. However, on request through whatsapp the company HAS SENT ME Rs 300 as a machine cost to honour the warranty and to maintain the professional relationship. I do not really expect that they will agree and this is amazing as no other big boy company has done it ever. Thanks to Auromin and they really have done a heart touching response to solve the issue. 100% Recommended. This is how a company grows when they maintain a healthy relationship with their customers who with their hard earned money are buying their beautiful products .

It is a beautiful clock Just not very happy with the quality of the needles.

Writing after 3 months using the clock, it is very nice with no noise looking very elegant
