These led bulbs are quick replacements to the halogen bulbs I had on my car. The replacement was direct and super bright. Looks amazing at night.

I was replacing standard bulbs in my camper for LED bulbs to save energy. In a camper when you are boon-docking and depending on battery power for lights, conserving energy is crucial. I went to a local auto supply store and two bulbs cost over $50!!Besides LED being more efficient they also put out less heat. All my light covers show slight burns or melts from the heat of standard bulbs. I’ll also be replacing the bulbs in my car’s interior. I will update on their performance and longevity of these lamps as time goes on.

These are made to fit into cars with incandescent bulb housings. Some of these might be quite old, some might have housings that require a firm twist to fit the lamp. Several of these came apart while installing. The whole top of the bulb came off. Another worked on install then became intermediate in functionality resulting in a prickly cop issuing me a ticket. I had an extra bulb in the car and he wouldn't let me even look to see what was wrong.

Used these in the camper recently with fairly good results but disappointed in the short life. They have a nice white light output much better than the filament type bulbs. While they were not super bright, they are acceptable. The disappointment comes when they start burning out after about 30 hrs of on time. I have 4 bulbs in service and two have failed. That is a 50% failure rate. So maybe not such a good deal after all.

The bulbs work as described and the price is very reasonable. I had a slight issue with one bulb but a representative from the company contacted me right away and corrected the issue
