This is great for my small dog. I can hook it to her collar and go back inside to work. She knows how far she can walk and usually heads to the tree the lead is tied to. Her toys are there and she watches the yard and cars driving by and barks at anything. I don’t have to worry about her and can check on her occasionally. She did get tangled in a bush and I had to rescue her, she tried to chew the leash but no major damage done. I’m very happy with this purchase.

This did the job for me and I have a gravity clamp on one end so tightening isn't a big deal, it doesn't slip. The 100ft line is going to stretch, so if I had to do it again and wanted a permanent line, I'd look at how much more steel cable would cost. That said this was a last ditch training device device for an adopted dog that had a lot of issues. A few days on the line and she's like a different dog. Just being under control, but having some freedom made a difference for her. I would highly recommend getting a different tether though, the 10ft straight line caused her feet and body to get wrapped up constantly, I but a coiled 12ft and it's been perfect as she doesn't get tangled hurting herself anymore.

We bought this to use on a camping trip with our dog. The length was nice to allow for tying options between trees. Worked great.

My dogs were able to have some freedom while we went camping. They loved this as much as I did. The leash was strong and steardy and held an Alaskan malamute huskies male. Really happy with my purchase.

I like this a lo. Super easy for camping, or traveling. It did sag quite a bit after awhile - had to keep tightening

Busted the first time it got wet!! Very dissatisfied

I ordered two- one for each of our dogs. I was expecting both to be reflective, but only one was! The blue one contained a reflective fiber but the green just has a gray in it. Kinda upset over that fact as we use these while out camping. Nor was each package identical despite having ordered from the exact same page. One set contained a pair of felt strips that wrap around the tree to protect both the three and ropes, and also help reduce slippage down the tree; while the other did not. One bag was also smaller than the other.All sets were not created equal!They work well, despite having sagged regardless of how tight I had originally tied them- but this is likely due to being new and needing to be stretched.
