I got these because I was going on an annual holiday to a music festival where I walk an insane amount of steps and stand all day long. I’m getting older so my feet need a little help to stay comfortable. These were easy to use just insert them in the shoe. They were true to size and really worked like shock absorbers! The one piece of advice I’d give is that they are quite padded and not flat so take up about half a size in your shoe. So you may find that the shoes feel tighter. Luckily I tried them out before I left and knew to choose shoes that were a bit bigger fit on me so I wouldn’t have a problem whilst away on holiday.

It is assumed that the slightly domed and labelled surface is to be used uppermost. There is no information on the packaging to confirm or suggest otherwise. Fit appears to be true to size although fitment may need to be slightly adjusted for correct alignment.Comfort was initially high and should not affect the fit of a shoe, whether used for running, day wear or as work shoes or boots. However, after a very short period of wear, there was a serious level of discomfort felt at the toes and both insoles had rolled to differing degrees - the right one more than the left.They were therefore immediately returned.

The inner soles are very comfortable and they fit my shoes perfectly. This is the second time I have purchased this product so I am very happy with it. The item arrived on time, although I was surprised that it was not in any other packaging than the original packaging therefore the contents was obvious for anyone to see. The package arrived when stated.

Really comfy, thick, warm insoles. I do regret buying the thicker ones as they don't really fit my shoe perfectly so make sure you check. They are super easy to apply into the shoe and don't move at all. My feet sink into the insoles, it is so comfortable. They don't smell at all, would say great value for money!
