This model engine really looks as if you could fire it up and run it. I was really implressed at the assemble. Fit and finish is incredible and extremely realistic. The company selling this item is outstanding and should be in some type of award contest. It is so realistic looking I was really surprised to see how good it looked. The packaging and case it arrived in was perfect for shipping too and nothing was out of place. I was really shocked to see how well the parts fit and the little things were well finished, fitted, and well made. A most ingenious item to own. I find this something to look at often and remember the years when us fellows in high school actually had cars with engines as this. I remember the cobra I owned and it was so powerful it would actually scare you under hard accelleration. This is a great piece of memorabelia!!! I recently ordered this engine from Amazon and it was the only one of four engines that could be shipped here to "Down Under', why the others are not available is a mystery and is disappointing. Nonetheless, this model is a fantastic replica of the legendary Shelby Cobra 'Big Block'in all it's finite detail. Down to the embossing on the rocker covers, this model has it all. The engine comes fully assembled and everything from the original motor is faithfully replicated.At 1:6 Scale, the detail is absolutely first class and should please any fan of this iconic motor.You can almost hear the rumble through the exhausts...Well done to the manufacturers, these models are sure to be a talking point in any bloke's shed, or on his desk.

This is my dad's dream car and he loved this gift! I thought it felt a little cheap but I guess I'm the only one... Perfect for a desk decoration!

Looks great. Very nice details. It would be much nicer if it was metal instead of plastic. It's bigger than I'd like but that's my issue. It is a bit expensive for a plastic replica.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly this item arrived. I placed my order on August 27, and just a couple of days later, there it was, waiting outside my apartment door. The size is perfect.I didn't realize it had moving parts when I first ordered it; that is a bonus, adding to the authenticity of the item. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my dad who has a Mach 1 with a 428 Cobra Jet Engine. He is going to love it; I can't wait to give it to him!
