Feels great from the first shampoo
I have very thin and thinning even more hair and this shampoo makes it feel thicker from the first time I used it. It has a great aroma as well. I am trying the mask for hair but don't have an opinion on that as yet. I would recommend any shampoo that has biotin and collagen in it for hair regrowth. One of the things we do not get in our diets today is collagen. It comes from the bones etc of animals that we used to use to make stews and soups with but now use broth instead. We need the pure collagen folks
