Great purchase
The cookware is very durable. Don’t have to worry about the nonstick surface peeling off. Good cooking size options. Food tastes even better. Good value for the money. Happy with my purchase.

Superb!! Chose the right pan.
Love the look, the shine, the heft ( without being too much), the depth & rounded sides & the helper handle.I heated it to passing the mercury test then added butter, swirled it & let it fill the pan's open pores, then fried four eggs on medium.Skating rink performance! Wipe out cleaning. You don't want high heat for this pan. Not needed & will cause sticking.Heat distributes & holds well. The stainless lid is a gem & it is obvious this pan is quality.I tried 2 other skillets before this. None were this good.I am super pleased with everything about this pan!

3 Quart Sauteé Pan Size Information and Review
This is a review of the 3 quart sauté pan. It's a remarkably good item...appears well-made and solid, and works perfectly with my countertop induction cooker. It seems as well-made as pans costing many multiples of what this one did (think All-Clad, etc.). I'm not sure how they do it. Slave labor would not create as good a product, so that's not it. The metal lid is solid, and of good weight. What I wanted to note is its size, as there is no size description for this pan in the Amazon listing, and the size information in the Q&As was misleading (obviously for other pots/pans in this series). This sauté pan is 9.5 inches across the top and about 2.68 inches tall, measuring from bottom surface to upper lip on the side. From the tip of the long handle to the tip of the short handle on the other side is 19.68 inches. There is a slight curve on the side which leads to a bottom which is about 9.25 inches across...perfect to fit on a countertop induction cooker.

No Worries for me!
This skillet is amazing. I bought it to replace one that I had thrown away, after burning it up.I love this skillet. I fried Hamburgers in it yesterday, NO STICK, none at all. I fried some Cornmeal Mush in it after the burgers and still, no stick. It heats well, evenly and the handles are not hot, not on the skillet nor the lid either. It is a bit heavy, but what do you expect for a tri-ply skillet, not just on the bottom? I expected it to be heavier than others I have owned. It does the job, does it like a pro, and when I am in need of another new Stainless Steel pot or skillet, I will look at this brand first!!!!I LOVE my new skillet.UPDATE: 2/2/2020I really do love this skillet. I use it daily, never any problems and it doesn't stick either. I heat it slowly, like the instructions say, and have never had any problems with anything, not even eggs sticking in it.I would buy again, or buy for gifts. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent quality for a fair price
I've been looking at pans for a while now, and have an older stainless steel set from Wolfgang Puck which just has the disc at the bottom with the thinner sides.Initially I just wanted a new lid, one solid piece without the glass, because eventually stains, residue and bacteria can accumulate inbetween the glass and metal which you can't fully clean with handwashing.Well, the lids are $15-20 anyway, so I thought for that price I might as well get a whole new pan with lid.I got the 3qt saute pan for $39.99, and to me it's the perfect size and weight. For one or two people, this is ideal. It fits on the burner just right, doesn't take up more than one whole space, and it's not too big for the sink.It came wrapped entirely in tight, clear plastic wrap with some padding between the lid and pan, so I appreciate that. No scratches or anything, beautiful sheen on the pan and lid. Washed up nicely, and the metal is very smooth, machined very well, no sharp edges or burrs. Some have complained about the lid, well I wouldn't say it's cheap, especially for the price. It does have some weight to it, it's not a throw-away. I don't know what people expect, and why would you want a lid that's extremely thick and heavy. Fits just fine and the quality for the price is right.I sauteed some sausage and then did a rice mix in it. I really like the tri-ply construction of this, so it heats evenly all the way up the sides, this is important so you don't get hot spots and it won't scorch on the sides. For the money this is as good as it gets for tri-ply stainless steel, I haven't seen a better product anywhere.

deformed after use.
I have an induction hob and have other pans that works for years perfectly. when I purchased this pan, I was very happy with it, but lately I started to notice that it's not flat as it was when I purchased it. Having a flat cookware is essential for induction cookware, this pan is v. good if this problem did not happen. the deformation is very noticeable now = couple of mms, and the pan wobble on any flat surface.I was thinking that I did something wrong! But quick search in reviews reveal that a lot of ppl are having this same problem.

High quality cooking ability but with a cost
So its stove performance is great! almost like a pan thats 50-100 more than this. It tarnishes easier but it's nothing a little barkeeper's friend can't fix every 2-4 months. But its a phenomenal deal for full-clad stainless steel
