I work with computers and I'm around tech a lot. Hiking and feeling the grass under my feet is something I love doing. I feel calm, refreshed and energised at the same time, its something that I kind of feel I need to do. Can't really roll into the grass in the nearest park in the winter, so I got interested trying grounding mat from Get Grounded. I do value my sleep and developed good habits to accompany it. It really feels like the mat is working for me, this slighty cool, energetic and yet calming effect. I think the mat is lovely and will continue to use it. I have it for only a few days, will update further.

Really impressed with this. My Oura sleep score has improved in just a few nights use. Clearly a high quality product and worth spending the extra £ on compared to the alternatives. Worth looking into the studies on grounding as it’s incredibly beneficial.

I did feel worry before pressing the button because alot of fake or unworthy grounding stuffs out there. I bought 2 for my wife and myself. I did use a meter to test both. It works absolutely fine. For quality I feel it's good for the price. Not excellent. I am sure the price is reasonable just for reliable workable products I could finally found. No need to waste time and afford to text and returning. Hope it works fine for long. So far it's ok for a week since arrived.

There is a grounding uk plug.But the connection on the cord does not fit on the uk plug.Shame , I was in such expectation to use it.

After a bad back injury I had been having trouble sleeping and thought I would give this grounding mat a try. In fairness, it seems to be of good quality and is easy enough to use. However, for me it made no difference at all to my quality of sleep. It could be just me of course, but I guess the jury is out for the effectiveness of grounding mats.

This is an ideal size for using to stand or sit with in the house or as a mouse mat. My first use surprised me when iphone gave a little tingle when camera housing touched arm (not sensible to use an iphone plugged in charging into a non earthed usb socket) as earthed mat showed its efficiency but also my slackness in charging ! I'm new to earthing but hoping to minimise my EMF stress .
