A Book That Loves You: An Adventure in Self-Compassion (Flow)

This is a great book full of helpful tips and information. It's also very interactive which is the best way I retain information. This is the second Flow book I have bought.

It’s shrink wrapped and looks great!! Thrilled to have this book. Flow is the series that is truly for anyone who loves paper and crafting. I love this book!!

I have all of Flow's books and I used to get the magazine regularly before the pandemic started and Flow was no longer available in the U.S. This book is as beautiful and gorgeous as all of Flow's books. The photos and illustrations are gorgeous and there are plenty of prompts throughout the book for journaling and brainstorming. My favorite parts are the extra paper goodies that come with this book. Any paper lover will enjoy this book as well as all of the books from Flow. I am never disappointed with any of their books. This is wonderful and will put a smile on your face and a song in your heart.

I subscribed to Flow magazine for 4 or 5 years and was so disappointed when they stopped printing an English-language version. I love this book, though tbh I mostly got it just so I could give myself a gift of something from Flow. Just their presence in my home makes me feel happy.
