My son LOVES this scooter! It’s a lot quieter than his previous scooter, and it drives so smooth! He loves how bright the lights are when we sit in the front yard in the evenings to watch him scooter up and down our long driveway! Definitely our favorite scooter purchase so far!

First of all, this scooter has a weight limit of 132lbs- I was surprised to see it offered for adults, I actually had to go to the manufacturer’s website to see this information.It is a little heavy- I know it is due to the battery weight, but a younger child might find it too heavy.The charging time is around 4-5 hours, which is probably standard, we usually leave it to charge overnight.The max range is supposed to be 5 miles, but it really depends on the terrain, usually it is less.On the bright side, my kid loves to ride it and enjoys the lights.

This scooter garbage bought it for my son a day In It stopped working send it back for a full refund still payed out of pocket to ship it back and now there saying they never received the scooter and won’t refund me my money back.

The product battery is very long the assembly is very easy and speed it the bestWorth the money

I bought these both for my sons. They didn’t ride them a lot and took really good care of them and for some reason one of them does not charge anymore and the other one doesn’t turn on all of a sudden. They barely use them so super bummed out because they are pricey but a really cool gift.

I am pretty impressed with this scooter! Everything from the box it came in to the branding to the functionality is fantastic. Here are some pros and cons!PROS:Assembly is pretty much a 4 minute job. It's already pretty well put together - all you have to do it attach the handlebars (they supply a tool for you to do this with) and you are ready to ride (after you charge it, of course!)Comes with a great instruction manual, quick start type of guide with warranty info and a little card that gives you the "too long, didn't read" version of how to operate the scooter.Lots of lights options on it! Very cool and unique feature!Will easily accommodate a smaller adult without any problem...I'm on the short side and only a little over the weight limit on the website but had no issues riding it whatsoever. Handlebars are adjustable and the tallest setting will definitely work for a shorter adult or bigger kiddo.Charges quickly (obviously there is a cord included)Has 3 speeds, slow, medium, faster...more than adequate for riding in a downtown area (which is where I took it for a long test spin), a bike trail, or just around the neighborhood. (I've ridden it out to my mailbox in the community, around the lake etc)Nice sized deck with grippy rubber that keeps your feet in place. I have seen these scooters with a cool looking, slick deck before but with very little grip. I have to wonder if whoever designed that has ever ridden a scooter before, because...really?? LOLBattery life is VERY good - I went a little beyond the recommended 3 miles and still had battery left. (And you can always use it as a regular kick scooter too if you venture off too far...unlike some eBikes, this still works when it's off, too.Folds down small - ridiculously easily, too. One tab and it's ready to throw in the back of the car or put anywhere.The packaging is VERY nice and professional looking...great graphics...lots of white space (can you tell that I'm a graphic designer? LOL) If you gave this to someone as a gift, it would make it look like you spent a LOT more than you did - it's very high end looking. So if you are buying an electric scooter for a kid in your family who's parents are persnickety...this will definitely impress them, ha ha.CONS:Can't think of any! This really is just a fantastic scooter all the way around. Highly recommend it for children of ALL ages ;)

Did not receive charger or manual when delivered. Started return, spoke with customer service, Amazon gave me a refund and told me to keep the scooter. Well duhh I went to jetson website ordered charger for $30. Plugged it in and nothing happened nothing at all. Not only did I not receive the charger or the manual I also received a scooter that wasn’t going to work if I had received the charger. Now I have to take time to start a return, drive to UPS and get refund from Jetson. Very disappointed and so was my family when we couldn’t go on the scooter run.

Scooter esthetically looks nice but never turned on after charging. Looks like this was also used previously used before being sent to me as parts were already assembled in the box. (Scooter also showed it was fully charged when plugging in). Reached out to Jetson over instagram & they told me to send it back. Honestly - this lack of quality control is a major inconvenience- I have a huge box sitting in my apartment with a non working scooter. I now have to box it back up & wait for a prepaid label as I do not have a printer. Wish I tried a different brand.
