A rich high quality Manuka Honey. I reserve this special honey in my cupboard for assisting with medical healing.I left hospital after a general anaesthetic and had a very painful sore and scratchy throat and was coughing up phelm, from the tube they put in your windpipe to assist and monitor breathing.I took 1 teaspoon of this honey before bed and it instantly soothed my throat pain and allowed me to get a good nights sleep. The next day my throat had greatly improved but I’m having a teaspoon twice a day and just letting it slide down and coat my throat. My solar plexus is pretty sore too from coughing and sneezing (common GA side affect) so will see if it helps ease that as well.It is very expensive, but in this case i feel you do get what you pay for - high quality, rich warm taste, you can almost feel the hard work the bees have put in to making it.
