Love this product! It is Lightweight so you can use very little and it spreads so it will last a long time. It doesn’t have a scent which is great. I feel like it makes my skin look and feel fresh, young and hydrated. I have gotten many compliments on my skin since I started to use it. I use this non irritating cream both day and night and love it! There is a positive difference with my facial fine lines and wrinkles.

Miracle in a jar. smooths skin without being greasy. well absorbed and non-clogging. Expensive but I'll find a way to pay for it!!

I ordered the BIOEFFECT EGF Power Cream because I am in my mid-50s and have started to notice creping around my chin and neck along with some sun and age spots. I live in a desert climate where it is hot, dry, and often windy, so hydration and barrier support matter. My skin is generally normal, not especially oily or dry. I have been using this cream for a couple of weeks, primarily at night and occasionally in the morning on areas where I see more fine lines. The first thing I noticed was hydration. My skin looks more plump, and fine lines appear softer. I also see a subtle brightness overall. When I step out of the shower, my face does not feel as tight or dry as it usually does. I have not yet noticed a clear change in elasticity or firmness, but it has only been a short period of use. Products featuring Epidermal Growth Factor, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide typically require more consistent use before visible renewal effects show up, so I plan to continue and reassess over time. The texture is thicker than I expected. At first application it felt slightly tacky and somewhat oily, and I wondered how well it would absorb. After adjusting how much I use, that concern went away. A small amount spreads easily and sinks in within about five minutes. Using less made a noticeable difference in how it wears on my skin. There is virtually no fragrance. What little scent there is feels clean and very faint. It does not smell medicinal or heavily perfumed, which I appreciate in a higher-end cream. Because the price is significant, I was glad to see that a little truly goes a long way. The included spatula is also a thoughtful addition, especially for a jar product. It allows me to keep the cream more hygienic without dipping my fingers in each time. At this stage, I can say I am seeing modest but encouraging improvements in hydration and brightness. In a dry desert environment, that alone is meaningful. I am looking forward to seeing what continued use over the next several weeks may do for texture and tone.

Very heavy cream!

I've tried BIOEFFECT's serums before and really like them. However, I'm blown away by this new PowerCream. I'm 55+ and definitely see aging skin when I look in the mirror, wrinkles, sunspots, etc. The anit-aging ingredients impressed me and I love how rich and moisturizing this cream is! I've only been using it for a short time and I already feel like my skin looks brighter and smoother.

I've been focusing on taking better care of my skin after decades of neglect. I've been enjoying exploring new products and have read about the potential benefits of epidermal growth factors (EGF), so I wanted to try a product that contained EGF. I ordered this "EGF Power Cream | Advanced Age-Defying Face & Neck Cream with Epidermal Growth Factor + Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide for Wrinkles & Age Spots" by BioEffect and was excited to try it. I ordered the cream in Jan 2026, and both the jar and box are labeled with an expiration date of Oct 2027, so I have plenty of time to use it. The cream arrived with a small metal spatula, which definitely ups the luxury feel. This cream is made in Iceland. I have maturing skin that is developing fine lines, especially around my eyes and mouth. I've stayed out of the sun and used sunscreen, but time is starting to catch up to me. I've read that EGFs can help improve collagen production and cellular renewal. The instructions for this EGF cream are simple. Use a circular motion to massage the cream into your skin twice a day. I'd also read that EGF can be particularly helpful after microneedling, so I've made sure to liberally apply this cream after home needling. I'd describe the ingredients as very clean, with water and shea butter being the largest contributors. The shea butter really shows itself in the texture. It feels creamy and has a nice body. It is thicker than a traditional lotion but softer than 100% shea butter. It lands in that Goldilocks position of feeling just right. It's easy for me to massage into my skin because it glides so nicely. It takes very little time to completely absorb and doesn't leave any noticeable residue or greasiness. I'm used to a lot of skincare products leaving a dewy feel, but this doesn't. It fully absorbs and leaves nothing behind, which has really surprised me. It's like my skin just wants and needs this cream. I've been using the cream for about two weeks. I started noticing small improvements to fine lines almost immediately. They don't seem as pronounced to me, and I'm hoping to see improvement to the age spot on my cheek and to some of the deeper lines as I continue using it. I'm fragrance sensitive, and this cream is listed as fragrance free. Nothing has been added. There's a subtle aroma from the shea butter, and even that is faint. I'm able to use this cream without any issues. Overall, I think this is an amazing cream. At the time of my order, it cost $219, which places it in the luxury category for me. I feel like it's delivering results for my skin, and if the early results I'm seeing continue, this will be a reorder for me.

Excellent product that produces results! Goes on smooth and creamy. Wrinkles are visibly reduced! I will definitely buy this product again!

This cream is fantastic, it is so light and smooth on my skin. Will definitely keep using to reduce my fine lines.
