Outstanding product! There are 2 packets you get cold or freeze and insert in. You can firmly wrap it around the body part you need, for me it is my knee. The Velcro straps hold firm and don't come undone. Stays cold for about 45 minutes. Relieves pain. Very good value for the money. I wish I had known about this product sooner.

Used after knee replacement surgery. After knee replacement, I used the recommended ice machine. After about four weeks into recovery, I used this icepack for quick knee cool-down. I liked this pack for several reasons:-the Velcro was easier to put in place because the straps are not overly long and frustrating to secure.-it seems to stay colder a bit longer than other small icepacks.-it has an additional icepack that sits behind the knee, which was important for me, because I had pain behind my knee as well as on the top and sides.

This knee ice pack is great! I love having an ice pack that treats both the back and front of my knee. It is extremely comfortable.

Got this for my mom after she had knee surgery. Can't really say to much about it since I never used it myself. She said is was comfortable to wear, has lasted a long time and the size was just right. The velcro straps have held up and it wasn't that expensive. Helped with her knee pain to give relief.

Worked great in that it wrapped for a good fit and gel was in front, back and sides! So it worked on the entire knee area

This is a very nice and well made knee Ice wrap. Comes with 2 gel ice packs. The larger gel ice pack goes inside a pocket on the wrap. There is also a small pocket for the small ice pack that covers the back of your knee.I only use the gel packs frozen but you can also warm them in the microwave for warm therapy. Excellent product.

Aug 15, 2023 - edit addition to reviewPro: ice packs slip easily into the sleeves on the brace.packs come with a freezer bag to protect from smells, this is a nice touch.Con: with all the pack in the slots, getting the middle strap wrapped and fastened created a bit more pressure than was comfortable. Removed the center strap pack and the fit was good.Ice packs provided about 20 min of cold, this is generally the recommended time for ice use, but if wanted longer use would need to refreeze or have a second set of ice packs to switch out.Aug 14, 2023 Just received this evening, have not had time to freeze the cold packs but decided to try it as a support brace.Am 3 days post op from orthoscopic knee surgery and looking for something that provides compression support and ice therapy option without falling off.Pro: Staying put better than stretch wrap bandage. Support feels really good. Sizing seems appropriate as advertised.Con: is a neoprene product and has a bit of a chemical smell.Seems to collect the heat from the knee area and is holding it there, creating a moisture issue fromskin sweatingProbably not going to continue to use at this time due to open surgical site being only 3 days post op. Unfortunate because the support feels really good.Will keep for future use.Do not recommend for post op use.
