I bought this for my Lego obsessed 3 year old but all my kids love it! It says ages 3+ but I would say you need to be aware of your children’s Lego skills and be willing to help figure it out in the beginning. My 3 year old and I have been playing with legos since he was very tiny so after playing with this a few times he could make small simple marble runs on his own. We just adopted 6, 7 & 9 year old relatives that had never played with legos before and they have a much more difficult time but with help they really enjoy it too! The set is kinda small on its own so we mixed in our Lego Duplos to make bigger more unique marble runs as you can see in the photo. Legos are definitely made better and fit together more securely than this set but these work just fine and are so much fun! If you have creative children that love a challenge and you are willing to help them if needed this is perfect!

We already had another set like this from another seller and wanted more track to do more fun arrangements. This set isn’t the best quality, but it works for what we wanted. It’s compatible with Duplo blocks and you really do get quite a bit for the price. If you’re wanting the same quality feel as Duplo, this isn’t your best option, but if you’re ok with slightly lower quality for a fraction of the price, this is a great set!

I superglued this together. The bottom plate is very thin and the pieces kept popping off since my grandkids touch more than just the balls. I also added a stack of Lego's to stabilize one section. It was needed.

My toddler is having a great time with this. He loves marble runs and this was his favorite Christmas present.

My 7 year old grandson loves it and creates his own uncomplicated marble runs. He could not put it together by himself using the directions. The illustrated directions for putting it together were hard to figure out. I think if the pictures were bigger it would have been easier. So if a child can’t put it together, who is the gift for really?

Bought this and another compatible set (different brand), both of which work with Duplo. You don’t need another set, but once hooked, you’ll want to make more elaborate runs
