Je l'ai acheté pour faire de la loubya et autres ragoûts. En 30 minutes j'ai une viande extrêmement tendre et un plat extrêmement goûteux ! Rien à voir avec mon ancienne cocotte seb clipso. Le nettoyage est facile et les aliments ne collent pas. Je recommande sans hésitation et c'est un investissement à long terme !
