Feels wonderful on stored achy neck.

Wrap is easy to use and I appreciate the ease of strapping it around my neck with adjustable velcro strap. Heat is soothing, you have 3 levels of heat. Vibration helps my pain, but it stops after about 10 minutes although it's easy to restart. Nice that it has both a plug for wall socket or usb connector - I like that I can use it plugged into my laptop! I have really come to appreciate the heat and vibration together, help to relax my neck muscle spasms.

Vibration is strong unlike multiple other neck vibration massagers I’ve tried. Heat is also amply hot enough. My only complaint is that medium is more like low, and low is more like no heat at all. But high works well!

Turns off after 10 min or changes temp (really frustrating) The unit is three sections...left and right sections do not heat up (at least mine doesn't) only the center section heats up. The beads shift in the center wrap section, they end up at the bottom of the wrap. All you feel are wires going up/down the center section and the beads at the bottom. Does not heat up the beads (ones at the bottom heat up though, kind of). Just poor design, disappointed. Also the Velcro is awful, should have used magnets. The massage part of the wrap worked fine. Waste of time and $$$$. I bought another brand and it works excellent...and for 15$ less. I cannot believe the positive responses this product has....unbelievable.

Unfortunately I had to return my product. There are two little vibrators, one on each side. Once side didn't work. It did heat up thought and the other side did vibrate. However, it was loud. I did not decide to replace it. I will look for something else.

Great product that is a good value and conforms nicely.

I love my new neck wrap. It’s perfect for getting in the area that hurts. It has three heat settings, and three setting for the build inMassager. It does come with a charger to keep massage part working. The controls to both are on the wrap and can be turned on and off easily. The massager fits right in the middle of my neck and I found by holding onto the ends of both sidesof wrap I can move the heated wrap and put more pressure on the area that needs it the most. Well worth the money.

I'm disappointed with this product. It's pretty easy to use but the heating and massaging section is very small. The image showed it wraps around the neck, but the heating part is only about 5 inches. So I tried using it and adjusting it every few minutes to get better coverage but the heating is inconsistent. Unfortunately not useful for me.
