I works on my home and need to call every day, I used other brand phones before which cost me almost $100, but there are still somes problems during calls. So I decided to change the phone to make my work easier. After I read the customer reviews of this unit, I placed the order. 1, Fast delivery.it was delivered on the third day and all parts are in good condition. 2, This call center phone with headset is awesome. Clear sound,caller id function, adjustable LC-display, mute function, volume adjustable, etc. these features are great for my woke. 3. It has three answering method for your chose, handset, headset and handsfree speaker phone. Ad there is a point that you should to know. Press the headset button on the phone to transfer the answering method. When you chose one of the method, the corresponding indicator light will on. 4. This call center phone has a record jack on the back of the phone,I can record calls for some reason. Good function, too. I recommend this corded phone. Oh, indation, the headset is also high quality, which has volume control and mute function. In short, highly recommend!

When I wrote my review the 1st time the mic didn't work on this phone, however; this company has gone above and beyond the callnof duty to ensure that I was completely happy with them and I can truly say that I am.

I use this phone while I work from home, and it does a decent job. The headset fits well and the people on the other end are able to hear me just fine. The dial pad has large buttons and is comfortable to use. My only two quibbles are the fact that when you push those buttons while using the headset the noise almost blows my ear out, and there seems to be no way to turn that down. Also, as many people have posted before, the speaker phone is almost useless because you can barely hear it and there is no way to adjust the volume on that either. So if those two things are important to you, I'd buy something else. But otherwise it does what I need it to do.

Perfect... but only after I changed the headset which I happen to have spare! People say my voice is too soft using the one supplied. but LCD, phone number memory, on-touch, no-battery, size ... everything all works! Can buy. I cannot find another phone that is like so, and at this price!

I got this phone to temporarily work from home due to a sudden event that damaged the building where I work and at $50 this phone is way overpriced. A comparable quality phone would be about $20 (I know this because I've [knowingly] bought budget phones in the past AND Amazon.com has phones for sale right now at $20)...For $50 I expected something a bit better, like for it to work as advertised. Had I known the quality before hand, I would not have purchased this phone. I basically wasted about $30 on this phone because I ended up having to spend another $90 on a Plantronics CT14 to use instead. I'm not getting reimbursed for my expenses so I have to eat these costs. I have since returned this phone after using it only two days. This LeeKer LK P017B is chintzy. It has very basic functions and the headset feels very cheap. In fact, all callers can't even hear me and any movement of the headset causes all kinds of "clicking" sounds over the phone. ...and yes, I suppose you could say it is "noise canceling", however, the noise it cancels is MY VOICE! Plus, the year & date on the display is perpetually on January 2007. Even if you change it, it goes back to 2007! There are times that the display screen is completely blank, despite being connected to the phone line. This phone is now nothing more than a wired speaker phone; something that we already have. sorry....I cannot recommend this. Get the Plantronics CT14 instead. It's not perfect, but at least it works better and is wireless too.

I purchased this phone last month and I love it. I work from home as a telemarketer and I make between 150-300 calls a day on this phone. In the past I have used very expensive Plantronix and Vxi phones and headsets that I paid between $150 and $300 for and found that I had trouble with callers being able to hear me well. No such problems with this phone. It comes with the phone, headset, handset and rack to hang the headset all in one. Nothing extra to buy like with the other companies. It has an easy to read display for caller ID and is a nice, sturdy, big button phone that is so easy to use for the work I do. It also has a record jack on the back if you need to record business calls for any reason. I thoroughly recommend this product and I wish I hadn't spent so much money on other phones before I found this deal!

Picked this phone as it came with the headset for a new office setup. Phone works well, clear when talking on the handset or the headset. BUT no instructions, no booklet, no nothing! There are other features on the phone I would like to set up, but even online, I am not finding anything with this phone. The box it came in, is in Chinese, as is all the wording on the box. If I could set it up properly, I would give a higher rating. As for now, I can at least answer it and talk on it.

Great phone. I wanted to be hands free and my neck was getting stiff with my old phone. I use the headset all the time. People tell me that they can not tell that I am on a headset. I think the speaker phone is not loud enough. I haven't figured out how to turn up the volume when using the speaker phone.
