I am pleased with my purchase. This allows quick access to my shotgun via the fingerprint scanner.

Install was the easy part, well almost... but most important before you get frustrated at the end of the install... when the fingerprint reader does not work properly is to go back and read the instructions-again! it did work as advertised once I re-read it for the 5th time! I think my install went long because I did run into some electrical wiring and had to relocate that so I was frustrated at the end. But it is a very nice in-wall safe with a good locking mechanism, and the biometric feature makes it easy to get to things when needed!

This fits really nicely between the studs and is one of the biggest wall safes I've seen. I don't use it for guns, so I removed the velcro straps and installed the removable shelves. The shelves are a little unstable as I have large 1L glass mason jars in there to hold my sacred medicines. I wish they were made of thicker less bendable metal and were supported better by the frame.Please note that the locking mechanism limits storage on the third shelf, so you have to get creative with your storage.The fingerprint reader works nicely, but please be aware that if you do not program the fingerprint reader, it will open for ANY fingerprint.I don't like that there are only 4 digits to set a code. Makes it hard to remember or choose good codes. I wish they would do 5 buttons and have 05 16 27 38 49 like on some door locks. The code you set must be between 3 and 8 digits and you MUST set a code. There is no option to have no code.It's important to note that my unit arrived with some cosmetic damage on the front door. And it is not white but more like a light, like those old PC computer cases.Overall would recommend but I would like to see stronger shelves and 5 buttons representing all numbers.

Product was exactly as described. Easy to install

I thought i had a reliable safe. battery went dead. opened with emergency. now key stuck and won’t come out. tried every recommendation. now i must call a locksmith. many emails sent to langger. no response whatsoever. Very little response from my numerous emails for help. i paid for a locksmith to fix. almost as much as the safe.

We recently installed the safe and so far we are very happy with it. Adding in the code was a little tricky...which we mostly blame on 'human error', ha! But adding in the fingerprint ID was super easy! We will most likely always open it that way.The company also sent us a gun bag, no charge, which we really appreciated. Customer service has been awesome and we'd highly recommend the safe and the company based on our experience so far.

We use these in new homes we build as an amenity typically installing them in the master closet. The white color is excellent for blending in with traditional trim. Customer service is great as well. We recently misplaced a key upon installation and the company worked with us on a replacement key. Thank you. Highly recommend this safe for residential use.

The safe seems sturdy which is a plus. The mechanism works well and it blends well into our cream trim. However, it arrived with several blemishes despite the good packaging leading me to believe that it may have been refurbished. As you can see in the pictures there are a few places where the paint is chipped or retouched. The other negative is that there is a large gap between the surface and the key hole, which probably means this safe is easier to breech with a paperclip than I'd like to think.
