I can say that it does what it says on the box so in that respect it is a good product. I do have some issues with it though. Firstly the smell is unpleasant, however everyones nose is different, I think some will like it more than others. Secondly, which in my case is a good thing, the smell does not last that long so its not really a problem that I don t like the smell. The third issue I have is that the balm stays on top of my beard so every time I touch it I get greasy fingers. My beard is quite short at the moment so this might have be less of an issue as my beard grows. I think that as long as it does what it is supposed to do then it would be unfair to critize the product too much but I will probably try a different brand next time if only for comparison.

Smells great, and does the job
Smells great, and conditions facial hair beautifully. I found it a little grainy, but this is easily remedied by carefully heating the tin in a little hot water (keep it heated until the whole tub of wax has melted), then allow to cool slowly.In order to provide a little more control, and to reduce the greasy residue, I've mixed in some beeswax.

An excellent product with quality ingredients. The balm instantly makes a monumental difference to the appearance, feel and health of my beard.Additionally, having had correspondence with the company, I have to highlight the incredible customer service. Incredible is a strong word. Nevertheless, in this case it is fitting.
