OEM Ingersoll Rand air tool oil.
I was using some cheap HF air tool oil for awhile. This oil seem to work better, could be in my mind. It's expensive, but it's the real deal, I'm sure IR makes high quality lubricants, as their air impact wrenches are top notch!

This is what you use for IR air tools.
I wish I would have known about this sooner. I was using another highly recommended oil for air tools only to find out that Ingersoll Rand does not recommend using that oil because it swells the seals and/or isn't the right oil for the air tools.I only realized that after I had to rebuild my impact wrench because the o-ring cracked and broke and I noticed that it was dyed a slightly pinkish red color indicating that it was absorbing the oil that I was using for it...Dropping this to four stars only because the bottle that they give you is too big to accurately and efficiently put into the air tool if you cut the tip it drips too much and it's just a giant hassle.I ended up picking up smaller bottles here on Amazon and transferred the oil into smaller bottle that I can squeeze into the air tool It makes it much easier and it doesn't leak or drip anywhere. But other than that this is what you should be using for the air tool if it's Ingersoll Rand.

Great deal. Top Quality.
Love the Ingersoll Rand line of products and the price was a great deal for the quantity. I have several pneumatic tools from several different brands ie Snap On, Mac, Cornwell.... and some harbor freight stuff (central pneumatic and Pittsburgh). Ingersoll Rand is in my opinion about the best you can get for the price so I trust using their air tool oil.
