Update: I had once reported that these tasted great but did nothing however once I got my gallbladder under control with Tudca, this now works great! The company is also very kind and responsive to customers!

I have ordered this item before, no problems.

I have been using this with my prenatals to help with bowel movements since I am low on iron. These fiber gummies works well.

The first bottle I ordered had a very sugar-y texture (LOTS of sugar), but the gummies did help some with my digestive situation. The second bottle had a completely different texture and the gummies didn't help. While the order page said it could be returned, when I tried, that had changed. Suddenly it was not returnable. So, overall a disappointment.

I had tried Amazon’s brand of inulin for regular movements but had to increase the amount daily to 3 a day.. Amazon was out of stock last time I ordered and I tried this brand instead..I took two as recommended the first day and found it worked a little too well lol. Next day I tried one and ever since then I’ve only had to take one each morning and it works. The flavor is great. I’m now going to try the other gummies they offer for various health issues. I’m very happy Amazon was out of their brand and I gave this company a try. You should too!!

I needed more than recommended amount so they didn’t last very long. Small gummies and small bottle. But they worked.

I don't know what they changed but the flavor is awful. I can no longer eat these. Wish I could get a refund!

My son takes them without issue.
