So make sure to use the current delivery tracking OpT as the one on the email expired as timing of delivery was offSo far product use gives great videos and images! Happy with both GoPro9 and 10 now.

I upgraded from the Hero 2014 and the difference was night a day. The screen, stabilization, removable batteries all spectacular. I think go pros have basically peaked, as 4K 120 is a high as one would want for this decade, which is why I pulled the trigger on it.

My GoPro's front facing camera stopped working and if working started blinking in different colors!!!!!!!! So disappointing!!! If there is an option to change it to working one!!!! After some time I called the Amazon service center. The agent was helpful but miscommunication with the previous agent happened thus will have to wait for the return of the package and refund to gift card for 7 working days now. I believe I clearly mentioned in my first call that I have an upcoming trip and for that I need gopro. As I have not much time I was informed that the fastest way will be to return and get the money to gift card. Stupid to believe that it could only take 2-3 days. I understand there is nothing to do about it. But all this Hussle wouldn't happen if you could send a working product!!!! Why do you need to advertise and sell the product that is half trash! The service is helpful and I will not even blame both of the agent who tried their best to help. But the product quality lowers down the trust of your offers! I will have to wait now for you to get the product back, will have to wait for the money to get back to gift card, will have to wait for the future order to be delivered. Can you at least think about other people's time!? People have plans and have some certain time frames for their preparations. And a crappy product has just ruined the reliability of your products.
