Garlic softgel capsules and easy to swallow
I've only just started popping these and early days, but these odourless garlic softgel capsules are small and easy to swallow, plenty in the bottle. They're high strength and I'm hoping they can make a difference to my blood pressure while I also exercise and intermittent fast, but being a carer to a young adult with an autism diagnosis can really take it out of you, aka carers burnout. Let's see what happens.

Yes, It is garlic and I am glad it is.
Okay so there are lots that say it smells of garlic, yes when you open the lid, it smells of garlic. Proof to me that I have got what I wanted. I would rather the product smells and taste of garlic than not. That is what I ordered.

Hopeful it’s working 🤞
Haven’t been taking them very long yet ( 2weeks ) only a slight taste of garlic but if you have one with food it’s ok, don’t know if it’s a coincidence but my blood pressure has dropped slightly so quite hopeful that it’s working.

These are not odourless! They reek!
I have bought a bottle of these same soft gels before and they were definitely odourless. But this bottle, which I received today, has a very strong smell of garlic when I opened the bottle. I currently have a soft gel stuck in my throat and I’m expecting it to repeat on me all night. Ugh!
