Timex Men Analogue Watch with a Fabric Strap Expedition Scout

My lovely nephew had requested this as a Christmas gift - He wasn't disappointed!!

At first I'd planned to change our the velcro strap, then got used to it, and then began to love it. Very comfortable. The watch is great. For the price it's hard to beat for a rugged daily watch you can bring anywhere. And the backlight is incredible. Glad I picked it up!

Although I will probably change the strap I find that the cuff on my jumper sticks to the Velcro which is a bit annoying

The watch is great, I am alway happy to get a Timex, I was given my first when I was a kid.

Strap went straight into the spare parts box though. I added a leather one to "upgrade" it myself and save a bit, and it really looks the part now. If I didn't know better then this model on leather retailing at say £70 could be a good deal. The blue indiglow thing is a novelty when you find it but the blue is very pretty!

Nice simple watch. Indiglo feature is really nice. A bit loud, you can hear it Ina quiet room, but that does not bother me much, it's kinda nice. Strap is not really good, but it can be easily replaced with easy on one. All recommendations if you consider buying this watch

I have a number of mechanical watches but I like something that is not expensive for sports (hiking, cycling) and my G-Shock of 20 years needed updating. This has fit the bell totally. The Indiglo is perfect for nights.
