Light is very dim. No flies go in it.

Bought one on Nov 2024 and found it is 110 volt, while in UAE it is 220 volt, no refund and return policy applicable so finally I have to buy a step-down transformer to make it work.

They are selling the device with US power (110v) which is not compatible with UAE power (220 -240v). Also, the refund was too tedious to get I have received my refund after several month and after a very long unnecessary discussion.

not working and keep shocking for no reason even you cannot return it because of the T&C third party seller so you need to contact shipping company or something .... amazon cant help on that - so the end you lose your money in this order without any refund unless you return by yourself.

The product is not working. It is making a sound. Please see the attached video for more details. I have raised the return request and no one has come to my address, but they have closed the return window 10 days before only. How can you close the return window before 10 days? Please don't buy this product and don't waste your money

I’m very pleased with zfitei bug zapper. It does an excellent job in catching any bug/mosquitoes. Glad I decided to give it a try because I originally was looking for a replacement bulb for my other zapper. This one is a little bigger than the one I had which is good, reasonable price and perfect for my need. I would recommend to friends/family. Update to my previous review- I guess it was too soon to speak! Today, May 11, exactly a month later I received it, it stopped working. The light doesn’t work. I noticed a few days ago the light was flickering briefly however, today it just stopped. I attached a picture to proof what I’m talking about. You can see it’s plugged in the outlet with no light. I sent to the seller an e-mail with picture attached to resolve this issue and so far nobody contacted me. If I don’t hear from seller for a resolution I’ll return it and would like a refund. From being a happy customer now I’m really disappointed and for this reason I’ll change my rate to ⭐️⭐️ Hopefully I’ll get the seller’s attention with my new review and contact me. I will post the new outcome.

Absolutely fantastic so after trying it out for 4 months straight I can say U have OFFICIALLY got a loyal customer from me. All I could hear was a bunch load of zaps since the mosquito kept flying into it and killed them in an instant.i love how there was a lil brush to clean the mosquito off. It is more than I expected and it's easy to use just plug it in and let the product do the rest. I slept peacefully knowing that the lil mosquito are getting killed
