Perfect for my purpose!

I used this in a prop, so I can't speak to the size on actual people. My skeleton that it is attached to is a 5 foot skeleton and it fits that perfectly though, so hopefully that helps, lol... The straps are elastic so I would assume that it would work well for an adult or even a child/teen. This was a good buy for me and I would recommend it.
