N95 masks by 3m, great choice
It's important to be prepared. I got these masks for safety and durability and they deliver. I am happy with how functional they are, I feel very safe knowing they are 3M quality. Easy to wear, they fit well.

Useful Information
3M Aura Particulate Face Masks; pack 20; N95; white.I am a man, 6’ 1” tall, 170lb. My face/head would be considered more of the long, narrow type and usually home to a short beard and mustache. Throughout any given day I wear contacts/prescription glasses, sunglasses and/or safety glasses 99% of the time. I am not a robot, but sometimes wish I was (never trust a robot). Likewise, I am not paid by 3M although I wish I was.Like many, I have experienced my fair share of masks and there are a few key features that are absolutely necessary if one is to be donned for extended duration due to occupational necessity or government mandate. 3M’s Aura provides all these features making them my choice, my recommendation and my only written review.*Masks are NIOSH N95 Particulate Respirators which means they have been tested and confirmed to perform to a specific standard. It’s your responsibility to know and understand those standards and what they mean for protecting your health. It’s important to note that adding any prefix to the N95 designation automatically negates these standards. For example, a mask labeled “KN95” is not equal to, or an acceptable substitute for a N95 mask.*Straps that wrap around the head completely. These masks provide 2 reliable elastic straps that do not use your ears to hold itself securely to your face. There are no special pieces or additional accessories needed to extend the straps completely around the head and neck.*Each mask is Individually wrapped and sealed in plastic.*Metal strip of adequate length and fortitude combined with ergonomic design features and a foam gasket provides a leak free seal around the bridge of the nose and cheeks. NO STEAMED UP GLASSES. This may be the most important aspect of all.*This may sound a bit shallow, but these masks don’t make you look stupid. Not quite sure how else to say it. I only wish they made them in black.Other features include a chin tab for easy donning and adjustments which is nice particularly if you are sporting a beard or facial piercings. Also handy if you need to pull the mask down often, to speak for example. Each mask stores flat. They are deemed disposable, however at home or in the shop I will often reuse them within reason as they are certainly of sufficient quality to do so. No broken elastic straps or irreparably deformed metal nose strip. These masks work, and if you wear one long enough you will be able to see discoloration of the material (inside and out) caused by all of the crap being trapped within: a good indicator for any filter doing it’s job. Dig? Word.3M is an American company with a laundry list of awesome products derived from the creative ingenuity found nowhere else in the world. The 3M Aura mask is no exception. I take comfort and pride in that. Take my advise and spare yourself the foggy glasses. If you have to wear a mask 3M is the way to go.

Yes, they have rubber bands. BUT, I haven't had one break yet! And, very comfortable!
All true N95s have head loops, not ear loops. I do agree that ear loops can be "easier", but they aren't N95s without head loops! These masks fit my face well and are very comfortable. The bendable nose piece is padded and helps keep my glasses from fogging up.Some reviewers complain that the rubber bands are stapled onto the mask. Not once did I have one of the bands fail. I don't get the complaint. Also, the bands are soft and stretchy and work well. I have longish hair and put the bottom band under my hair and ears, then the upper band over my hair and ears, near the crown of my head. It does take a bit of practice to put on, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy peasy! It didn't seem to slip around much and pretty stayed in place. As long as I didn't take it off and put it on every two seconds, I was set. The front of the mask forms sort of a box shape, away from my face. I find this much more comfortable and way better fitting that those accordion-style disposables.I wore one of these on a flight to Hawaii that included a connection. I didn't removed it once during the 13 hours in airports, on the planes, on the hotel shuttle or even in the hotel until we got to our room. Then, I wore a new one on every trip outside our room. I wasn't going to let Covid ruin my first vacation in two years! As others have said, the big box they were shipped in left something to be desired; it was very flimsy and not taped well at all. Masks were sticking out of the top and some were stuck to the tape. I'm sure some of the masks escaped along they way. Since I ordered 440 of them, I didn't sit and count how many actually made it.Would I order them again? You bet! But, hopefully, I have enough to last through this!

Good fit
These are fantastic! I'm currently sanding off layers of paint from our deck. It's latex but the amount of dust is more than I imagined. These are the same item the big box charges $24.00 for 10.They fit well, and the nose wire crimps easily so the safety glasses aren't fogging too much.

3 things I needed these masks do a decent job.
I still am wearing a mask. I say that first because I saw a snarky post asking why are people still wearing a mask. So I replied, because of health issues that "I'M" concerened about; an auto-immune rare incurable disorder, Stiff Person Syndrome & COPD Here are the 3 things. #1. small face that this mask completly covers (as you can see & no surprise it does take up my face lol) #2. The behind the ear loop style, nope never worked no matter how I tried to adjust them they'd slip off my ears & I walk with a rollator, so imagine, stopping & going while trying to shop, etc. #3. Pretty decent job of breathing for me. In fact when I took the photo, I realzied I wasn't using the rubber bands that go around the head. What I was dong was just putting them up & over my head, NO, there are 2, so pull one up higher on the back of the head & the other just above the back of the neck area. Of course it depends on your face and head size. They have an odor when you first open them which leaves pretty quickly though it's unecessary to "get use to it", what I do is just take a few out of the indvidual wrappers & let them air out. Oh, they have a comfortable fabric/cushion strip that crosses over the bridge of the nose. Yay so far so good. If you want to wear a cdc recommended mask then do so whether if you feel for whatever reason, it makes you feel safer then the cloth ones. Hope this helps one way or another.
