Best quality screen protector
I’ve been using these screen protectors for years and they hold up very well especially for the cost. Screen protector rarely scratches, but may crack over time although zagg has a warranty on their website. They now have a new tool that helps you install it exactly in place and it covers most of the screen with room for a case.

Screen protector worked, it broke, not my screen
Screen protectors are great; they are designed to keep phone screen from breaking in the event you drop your phone. I dropped my phone, not a traumatic drop, but the screen protector cracked across 3/4 of the way down my phone a few weeks after installing. My phone e screen is intact. A more robust, expensive, brand screen protector may not have broken but this one did. However it performed its job saving my phone screen, even though I already need to replace it. Buy the best quality you can. If you’re clumsy, it will pay for itself.
