Is this material like Saniderm?

Im not sure about the thickness of Saniderm but these sensor covers are very, very thin and flimsy . Very hard to apply . I couldn't return them so I threw them out.

It's for diabetics using the free style libra sensors. It's not for eyes. It's for the sensor

Does the center area need to be cut out for the Libre II system?

No. Just peel off the back, place it over your Libre II and peel off the top while pressing it to your skin.
