great design
Pleasantly surprised, the mug looked better even than in the photos It has a very smooth and pleasing to the eye design. It feels tactile and although smooth, has a slightly grippy feel to it as well. I particularly enjoyed the flip top drinking area. It was smooth , with the flip top lodging down securely after; It seems leak proof. I ordered the colour blue. There is a slight blue tint, but it is dark. And I preferred this to a lighter colour, and it looks neat and classy` It keeps hot for 15 to 20 minutes, -ish- but not hot enough that I couldn't hold it. After about 45 mins, the coffee is luke warm. I am guessing, but the amount of coffee it takes is about the same as a normal size tea cup would hold. (ish) Maybe it a little more, but not much. An (imo) although not insulated, a good to look at, well designed coffee travel mug

Amazing
Really good cup. Soft and wonderful colour. It has the perfect size and keeps my coffee hot for a long time.

The water bottle is amazing, the coffee mug not so much
I have nothing to say regarding the water bottle. It is sturdy, works perfectly, doesn't leak, and keeps the temperature. Unfortunately, I cannot quite say about the coffee mug. While it is quite leakproof, it loses heat quite fast. Unless you drink your coffee (or any hot drinks) in 20-30 minutes, you'll notice the loss in heat, going fully lukewarm after 40 minutes. This might not be a problem for many, but it is worth noting for anyone who's a slower drinker and enjoys sipping their coffee during their long commute. On a brighter note, it is acceptably leakproof and easy to drink from thanks to a clever positioning of the holes.

Bottle great, hot cup ok
Bottle is great, good colour and the handle at the top is useful. I like that when you take the lid off, you can slide it on the Bottle using the circular loop. Keeps it clean. Hot cup is slightly hot to hold when carrying a hot drink. I found the taste of the drink to change a bit, you know a bit plasticy taste. Seal is good, and the drinking slit is covered by flap, so remains clean

Not cheapest, but does the job very well!
Joseph Joseph isn’t the cheapest brand out there, but I do love their style and ranges, and have a number of their items that have lasted years and are still going. I’ve had my cup for five months so far. It’s always cleaned on the dishwasher top shelf, and still doesn’t leak (first thing I checked after reading the reviews and purchasing). It feels like it sort of locks in place when it’s fully tightened, so potentially reviews stating leaks could mean faulty batches, or lids not done up fully. I’ve had it sitting loose in my bag with liquid in, and bag contents have been absolutely fine. It takes a small Starbucks drink. I’m looking to upgrade to the next size, maybe when offer next! If you want an insulated cup this isn’t for you. I find it retains the heat well enough for commuting, train travel, or wandering around window shopping. This is ideal for my needs.

Non Spill is great, the rest, not so much.
For a brand like Joseph x2 you expect a lot, I was left a tad disappointed. Pros: The Non-Spill functionality is great, the lid is tight and sturdy and can be left in a bag etc with no worries of spillage. Looks nice. At risk of sounding like a prat, but it’s a stylish drinks vessel from a top brand. Holds a good amount without overdoing it. Some of the larger flasks I’ve had in the past are over the top. Nobody is drinking a pint of Tea surely? Easy to clean. 2 parts, screw off the lid, bosh. Cons: Doesn’t keep your brew hot/good temp for longer than about 20-30 mins. So if you’re planning on buying this to keep your brew hot all day, don’t bother. Doesn’t fit in a cup holder. Tried it in both cars and on my golf trolley, it’s too girthy to fit in either of them. Oooo matron. Summary: If you’re planning on taking a quick brew out for a little stroll up to the park with the kids or going to watch football, this is fine for the price point. You’ll look the part with it because it’s Joseph Squared. However, if you need to keep a brew hot for a long period of time and are out all day. Don’t. Get a massive thermal flask with a screw off cup on top.

Great cup for the money
Great design. Spill proof. My son uses a lot to carry hot drinks on bus

Useless
Thought as a premium brand it would actually work. Unfortunately I could tell immediately that it wasn't going to keep my coffee hot just by how hot the outside was. Wasn't even as good as a normal mug and coffee cold within 15 mins. Don't buy and whoever Jacob is - do better.
