Works Great, Well Built, Great Instructions
Works great at gathering leaves and small twigs from the lawn. The adjustable hitch and sweeper height make it easy to adjust for conditions. The helical brush and sturdy construction help to prevent the wheels from skidding, which would stop leaf collection in its tracks. Straight brushes and lighter construction on other products have been a problem for me in the past. The "dump cord" is well balanced, making emptying of the bag quick and easy. Both the harness for the unit iteslf and the tension rod holding the bag open are easy to disengage for convenient storage for the rest of the year.Despite some package damage, everything arrived in fine condition. Inside the big box, parts are thoughtfully packaged. Parts and hardware that get assembled together are packed together. There are other comments regarding poor hardware quality, but that wasn't my experience. Nuts have nylon locking inserts, so you don't have to over torque them to keep them engaged. That's especially important when bolting steel tubing together, since over-torquing can crush and deform the tubes. All parts seemed to be high quality and fit together great. Time to put together everything except fitting the collection bag was less than an hour. The collection bag is pretty taut when assembled, and includes plastic that is stiff in the cold. Since it was about 45 degrees when I assembled the unit, getting it installed over the steel tube frame was a struggle. This might not be an issue in warmer weather. I would be fine with a little looser final assembly if it would make the bag installation easier. It was really, really tight.Instructions were clear, and seemed to have been written in English, not translated. They always referenced part numbers, which were listed in the beginning of the instruction manual with drawings. Hardware is shown to scale, so you know exactly what to look for. The only issue I would have liked to be clarified is that the connecting tubes have a plastic endcap in one end and the other end is open. The endcaps should be orientated close to the hopper pivot rod (step 12).Overall, I am very happy with the fit, quality, and assembly process. This is replacing a Craftsman lawn sweeper, which cost about the same. In my opinion, this is definately better.I edited this review after the fall season 2024 to include info on the performance of the lawn sweeper

This is a quality product that works very well for sweeping grass clippings when they accumulate.
This is a quality product that was well-worth the price. Here are some details:1) I purchased the 48" model, but be aware that the wheel base is wider than the sweeper: 52" for mine, which is close to the 54" deck on my lawn tractor so garage storage works well. Be aware that the sweeper does take up a lot of room.2) Assembly is somewhat complicated, so it is helpful to reference the assembly video made by the manufacturer and available online (in addition to the printed instructions) as you assemble it. The man in the video suggests that assembly will take approximately 30 minutes, but it took me two hours and I am an engineer. Some of the video is outdated (e.g. the assembly hardware is packaged different from the video, and some of the hardware has changed.)3) The operating manual suggests that the sweeper height should be set 1/2" lower that the height that you cut the grass. I cut my grass at 3.25", so sweeper height should be 2.75". However, the highest setting only allows 2" clearance. Turns out it doesn't matter, because it works great set at 2".4) I attached some before & after use photos.

Lawn sweeper review
It definitely works to pickup leaves and grass clippings which beats raking or leaf blowing. It shipped and was delivered promptly. Assembly wasn't that difficult and I only needed a ratchet adjustable wrench and a knife. Seems kind of pricey but the materials and design seem like good quality. It flings a small percentage of debris out of the opening in the front/top so I just cut a piece of cardboard from the box it came in and duct taped over the hole to block the stuff from escaping. It also doesn't back up well and will jackknife left or right very quickly. It is light enough to maneuver by hand and get in position to attach to what you are pulling it with. Length is fine, like a standard ride on lawn mower width.

Love it!
Absolutely love this. Works great. Picks up everything from the lawn. Better than a bagger because it picks up sticks and debris.

Wish I got it years ago!
This thing works great! Tried it for the first time today. Even though its spring I've got a magnolia tree that sheds year round in the front yard. Most weeks half the front yard (about 150' x 100') is covered with leaves and cones. This thing swept it clean in no time. I can't wait for fall - every year I spent a couple of days each week October through December cleaning up leaves from my .7 acre lot that has lots of trees. I have a Deere lawn tractor with a bagger. Because the grass gets cut at the same time its sucking up leaves I'd have to stop and empty the bagger every two turns - took forever to bag. Now I can sweep the leaves only - quicker than the bagger worked - and have half as much to pack in bags since there's no cut grass (we can't burn here - can you anywhere anymore?).Unlike others said - this thing was pretty easy to put together - though the directions concerning the bag aren't quite right. I did it myself - but it would be easier if someone could help for the final part of the bag assembly. This thing seems sturdy - and if you set it up right the bottom of the bag doesn't drag on the ground so should last. The only concerning thing to me is supposedly it has a plastic gear for the brush drive which makes me a bit nervous. I drive about 3-4 MPH which prevents any jolting if you go over bumps which should help. Also driving around this speed minimizes leaves blowing over the bag sides.I'm really pleased with how this thing works - it's going to save me hours and hours of time each time used. Get one if you want to make your life easier!
