Phone great but unable to use with a work app
Great seller no issues at all with order and delivery. However I bought it for my son and sadly it didn’t support the app he has to use every day for his for work which was the main reason we got this. Returned with refund now processed. Thanks.

Locked to network 3
Falsely advertising as being unlocked & been fully function tested - pre used immaculate. I can confirm that the condition was exceptional. No marks scratches & like a new phone however having gone to a lot of trouble purchasing a sim contract deal & thinking this was as advertised unlocked I was unsure has to wether it was a sim issue or the phone itself. It turned out that the phone was infact locked to 3 network also being outdated software it would have been practically useless to connect to thr internet mobile network. When will Amazon stop allowing companies in this instance Mr gadget a platform to sell there useless goods .unless you buy directly from Amazon themselves it’s like the Wild West in regards who’s selling what under Amazon reused preloved you would have thought it wasa purchase from Amazon . Please don’t waste the hassle of a return as these phones are well past todays standards in regards updates & to be used on 4g & 5G networks . Lovley looking phone immaculate condition but not really any use in regards it being a mobile phone for internet & app use . Amazon do one thing correct 99.9% of the time & that’s deliver . In regards as to what you receive is another matter especially with a inaccurate description.
