Great toothbrush - well made and easy to use
Well constructed and simple to use. The toothbrush comes with a charging dock that uses a USB2 interface making it simple to plug into a phone charger or other such power adapter. More expensive models offer a pressure sensor to alert you if you’re overbrushing but unless you’re overzealous I’m not sure this is necessary. The brush itself comes with a timer function that divides the brushing duration into four intervals so you can divide brushing into upper and lower, left and right quadrants of your mouth and move between each. The brush is nicely weighed and balanced making it easy to hold and there’s no noticeable vibration when using it. The results are great. My teeth and gums feel clean and fresh, far more than using a standard toothbrush and the results are noticeable. Within a few days of using 3 times a day my mouth felt better and cleaner everywhere, especially in the surfaces and curves where the teeth meet. If you haven’t tried a toothbrush like this I’d highly recommend it for its price, simplicity of use and its cost. While there are other more expensive brushes with more bells and whistles this one really has everything you need to get great results. If your dentist had talked to you about overbrushing then you might want to look at brushes that have additional functionality that help prevent that but otherwise this brush has everything you need for great results. Highly recommended.

Adequate but not outstanding
I’m giving it five stars because it’s perfectly adequate for the job of cleaning teeth. However (and admittedly on first use only, so it might not be fully charged) it’s not as powerful and doesn’t leave your mouth feeling as clean as my old Fairywill toothbrush, which I dropped multiple times on our tiled bathroom floor during five years of ownership before it finally gave up the ghost.Sadly Amazon don’t appear to sell the Fairywill anymore and this Sonicare looked like an ideal alternative. Time will tell whether that judgement was correct.Edit: having used this Sonicare toothbrush for a couple of weeks I can confirm that it’s far superior to my previous brand. Really gets into the gum line and leaves my mouth feeling super clean. For best performance it does need regular charging, but that’s no hassle.

Great Toothbrush, but WHY the white head?
Using the Sonicare toothbrush for a few weeks now, and I'm pleaseed with how well it works.Previously, I had been using an Oral B toothbrush in a circular motion, which always made a mess and felt harsh on my teeth.I find easier to control and can reach all areas of my teeth without making a mess. The vibration technology is gentle but effective at cleaning, and my teeth feel as clean as they did with my old toothbrush. One thing I like with Sonicare toothbrush is its USB charging capability. This is a great bonus for when travelling, as I can charge the toothbrush easily with my laptop or power bank. It's so convenient not to have to lug around extra cablesOne negative point I've found is that the toothbrush head is in white and doesn't match the black body of the toothbrush. This seems like a really stupid design feature and detracts from the overall aesthetic of the product.Despite this minor flaw, I would still highly recommend the Sonicare toothbrush to anyone looking for a high-quality toothbrush that can provide efficient and effective oral care. Its vibration technology, ease of use, and USB charging capability make it a standout product in my opinion.

A mighty clean
I bought this to replace an old sonic toothbrush and didn't want to pay a stupid price! The brush feels weighty and robust and works an absolute treat. The vibrations are alot stronger (though not harsh) than my old one so my teeth feel lovely and clean and you get 4 30 second intervals so you can clean each part of the mouth for the same amount of time. One thing confused me, when I turned it off the green light flashed for a few times and I thought my battery had run out but it just flashes to show you have a full battery! An excellent product for an excellent price, well recommended.

Great to help dental health, great savings!!!
* PhysicalThis brand of electric toothbrush is well regarded by dentists, well mine, anyway, at least. This one is physically the same as the white one that lasted for several years. I checked my details and I bought the previous model in August 2017. If you've brushes from another in the family, they will work with this one too. It is battery-powered and charged by a transformer. It will last you for several days. The trick with this type of cleaner is not to brush with it, like a traditional manual toothbrush; you guide it about your mouth slowly and let it do the work for you. It's designed to get plaque and detritus off your teeth and promote healthy gums. The brush vibration from this device is stronger than my previous one. The device has auto cutoff. And it's a pressure sensor, so if you over-apply pressure, it will stop. The buttons are easy to use. With this, it's also recommended to use a mouthwash and to floss with flossing fibre and interdental brushes suitable for the gaps between your teeth.

Reliable brand for electronic toothbrush
This is my third Philips Sonic toothbrush for 10 years. It works as expected. Good price, looks tiny, clean my teeth effectively.

Philips SONIC Tooth Brushes last 1 year Maximum
The Problem with Phillips Sonic Tooth Brushes is that they last approximately a year and no longer .. we have had several and they just stop working. The on off buttons are also very unstable long-term and malfunction or render themselves useless . This cannot be an accident as this product never lasts

Good brush but charge life short
Leaves teeth feeling really clean. Fairly quiet compared to other brushes. Only downside is short battery life, recharge needed every 10 days or so
