Vallejo Sky Blue Paint, 17ml

Really liking these Vallejo paints. Nice even tone and works both for base color and for highlights. Really like the dropper style bottle; messy and easy to get exactly the amount of paint you need while keeping your paint from drying out/getting tacky. Bit pricey, but 17mls goes a long, long way.

This is the perfect product if you are painting an Su-27 Flanker model kit. The paint goes on thick, so brush it out so it doesn't lump up on the other side of the surface you are painting.

Buena pigmentacion y consistencia.

Bottle came with it 75-80% full...

Good stuff

I use Vallejo paint for metal miniatures (a resin model is in the queue). It mixes easily with other colors and water (use distilled), and application and brush cleanup are easy. I use dimple style pallets and just toss them but they also can be cleaned. This particular color is nice and I mixed white with it on the 10th miniature I've painted since starting a year ago. This particular color is very pleasing to the eye.

I was looking for something close to the old Space Wolves color I used to have. This was a touch different but close enough I was able to blend it in one some of my old unfinished space wolf models.

Works great.
