Will it prevent seat airbags to deploy ?

the airbags are in the dashboard and this lies on the inside driver/passenger seat. I don't see it get in the way of them deploying, if needed.

How do I keep the bottom strap down? There is nothing to completely loop it around, it slides and flings up (like shooting a rubber band) while drivin

On the left bottom their is a plastic over for the side of seat where seat back end moves forward wrap bottom band around it . You can shift the holder to back but it will be slanted
