I bought this battery in October, five months ago as an addition to the battery that came with my Shark cordless vacuum. It fit perfectly. It charged with the original charger. Identical. It worked great for five months. For some reason, it quit charging at all. I reached out to the seller. They were very prompt responding, professional, and immediately sent a replacement in honor of their 1 year warranty. The new battery works fine and is charging. I am very pleased with this product and the seller. Sometimes things fail, no matter how well we try to build it. What happens with the customer service when this happens is what stands out more than a perfect product. Thank you! I will most certainly buy from this seller again.

I returned this. NOT because it wouldn’t charge tho (which I put on the original return info) but because I decided to get a new charging cord and the battery charged just fine ! So, my old battery also charged right up with the new cord. My mistake. Not a problem with this battery at all. Apologies.

Fit and worked perfectly for18 months. Purchased 11/23/23. Today 5/14/25 it will not power the vacuum. It shows full charge with all 3 light bars lit. The original battery which is 3-1/2 years old although somewhat degraded still works fine. I’ll order another replacement and hopefully get better longevity from it.

The battery for my shark vacuum would only let me operate for about 30 minutes. With this, I’m back to more than 45 minutes.Fits as it should.

This battery fit and worked on my shark pet plus. I had purchased a different replacement battery just over a year ago and it died. I got this one because it said it would last two years. However it only runs for about 15 minutes and the battery dies. I returned it and purchased the other one again.

I bought this as a backup to the battery included in my Shark IZ363HT vacuum, which advertises a 50 minute runtime on the package. When fully charged, the included battery has a stored energy of 2350 mAhr. This backup battery will store 3500 mAhr, Consequently, I find that this backup battery runs about 50% longer than the original battery. I'm not sure it is a good idea to run the Shark continuously for the extended period. Dyson vacuums actually have a warning that running theirs for extended periods may result in earlier deterioration of the vacuum. I did not find this warning on the Shark, but I intend to bear this in mind when using any extended period battery. The form factor is identical to the original battery, so it snaps in and out as easily. The charging time is not signifcantly longer than the original battery. All said, a good value.

This item has lasted in the Arizona heat for two years now. The original Shark battery didn't last a year.If you need a replacement battery pack this company makes a great rechargeable unit. After all why replace the entire vacuum when all you need is a battery.Just make sure you pick the correct one for the model you have.

we have no carpeting in our home. the shark vacuum is great and easy to use. having the added batter allows me to do both the upstairs and downstairs with extra charge.
