Just gummies, nothing more.
Taste very good, I'm very satisfied with purchase albeit I can't really feel any better after them, they give me no energy, just like a normal gummies, nothing special for me, of course I will buy again just because I like them.

Chewy things
Easey to open, even though they are qrapped, good taste not too bad (even though most of these types of products you can taste the added bits), they have a chew to them so takes a little to break up and swallow. For me they are effective in delivering extra energy when needed, definitely would use again.

Great on a run!
Three of these when I'm getting a bit low on a long run and I'm flying again. Tasty, and give you a caffeine hit quite quickly. Also vegan so mega bonus points.

Effective but unpleasant.
You can definitely feel the caffeine and taurine kick, and the chews are easy to take but when running you’d need to stop — I used them roughly every 20 minutes. However, the taste is really unpleasant, very chemical, and I wouldn’t buy them again. Also, I couldn’t tolerate more than 3–4 per hour without feeling uncomfortable.
