Q: Can the arms and leg move and can they sit down?

Hi, it was a present for my grandson. I'm not sure if anything moves. They can't sit down. It's a lovely set and he plays with the characters alot. Sorry I'm not much help.

Q: Do these have holes in the feet to fit on the bus and campervan

Both Paddington and Jonathan have the foot holes to stand in the Camper Van and Bus - the same as the chef and rain coat Paddington's in the bundle pack.
