I started taking this bromelain supplement mainly for inflammation and joint discomfort. After using it consistently, I noticed it helped a bit with soreness and overall pain levels, especially after long days when my body feels stiff. Has an awful vinegar smell and bad aftertaste.

Seems good to me. Ive been eating pineapple but the acidity builds up and your mouth ends up super sensitive. So this is a good workaround.
