This is my go to pre workout. It is properly does with all the ingredients to get a good pump. Ive seen alot of reviews saying they got no energy from it, its stim free! I would say its more of a pump product then a pre workout. Blueberry is my favorite flavor and yes it is sweet to taste, but at least it doesn’t taste like crap. It dissolves easy, I usually dry scoop it. You also get 30 servings with at this price is 🔥

Great pre-workout that provides the essentials without the jitteriness I've experienced with most others of a similar category. Good flavors, mixes well.

Edit to original review from January 6, 2024: I have changed my position on the removal of betaine from the formulation. After doing an updated review of the research, it would appear that betaine is not effective for any performance enhancement, especially if one is already taking/using creatine monohydrate in the recommended dose of 3-5 grams per day. In fact, after reviewing the more recent research, betaine in higher doses of 4g and above actually appears to increase blood cholesterol, specifically LDL cholesterol, by 12-14mg/dL, which is quite notable. Thus, after learning of this new evidence, I am changing my negative that I gave the original review regarding betaine removal. I have also changed the following paragraphs that discussed betaine to reflect this updated position. I now rate this 4.5 stars which is an upgrade from my previous 4 stars. ********************* I'll start by saying that this is an all-around decent stim free pre-workout. There have been some slight formula tweaks in the past few months that new buyers should be aware of so they can make the most informed decision. When I originally bought this product back in the summer of '23 the formula contained betaine anhydrous and theobromine. The new formulations no longer have these ingredients. I couldn't care less about the theobromine as that's not reliably been shown in research to increase performance by any metric I'd consider meaningful. The removal of betaine I am now indifferent towards/slightly in favor of (as of my edit on 2/15/24>, given the recent evidence on the supplement not having much effect for any performance benefits at all, and likely increasing blood cholesterol (specifically LDL) by 12-14mg/dL at higher doses of 4g and above. The original formula I believe only has 1.25-1.5g of betaine. There were 2 changes with this reformulation with regard to dosing B vitamins. 1) folate is now folic acid, and 2) increased the dose of vitamin B6 to 4,412% of daily value from what was a more reasonable 3,530% of daily value. This change in folate also increased the dose of folic acid from 300 dietary folate equivalents (DFE) to 510 DFE. Not that folate or the B vitamins have much impact on performance in the presence of a well rounded diet, but the switch to folic acid is superior. All in all, the changes aren't likely to be massive with respect to the effects on exercise performance. I also think the flavor is good and can be watered down or concentrated to fit one's preferences. I would eventually love to see an NSF certified for sport or Informed choice/informed for sport 3rd party testing for banned substances. While this has a cGMP seal on the label the additional consumer protection from contamination would be nice. I think a 4.5 start rating is pretty fair for the reasons given above. The dosing of the other ingredients is in line with research and the value is rather good such as L-citrulline being 6 grams. 5 star rating would include getting a 3rd party certificate seal for banned substance testing from informed sport/informed choice or NSF sport. TL;DR: they removed betaine (indifferent/possible positive - see edit above), removed theobromine (indifferent to), increased the vitamin B6 dose (indifferent), and increased folate dose and use folic acid now (positive). No caffeine and great taste make this a go to for later day workouts.

Great product. I have been using pre workouts for 10 years. I was a biology major in college and was always interested in supplement ingredients. After quitting pre workout for a year and wanting to return to pre workouts without caffeine I chose this one. Dosed perfectly to give a mental uplifting sensation along with improved blood flow and the right amount of beta alanine, on paper and in practice this has been a great pre workout to give a great performance boost without the terrible effect of reliance. This is my go to pre workout from now on. I have also used this in smaller dosages to give me a bit of a boost for my weekend music gigs. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great pre workout that gives the right amount of boost without way too much crap ingredients.

Nutritionally it is excellent, but the taste is off, needs fine tuning…
