Perfect, but be Patient!
Gave this to my 10 year old. Such tiny blocks are frustrating at first, but grab a pair of tweezers and get to work! Hours of engagement and zen!

I want to love this
Check that you have the pieces before you start! I will say, we figured it out, and I have very patient kids who were good sports about this, but I had to take over and figure out the bear in stocking because it was missing probably 20 pieces and I had to use my imagination to create something with what we had. Also, the doors do not correspond with the number you are creating which feels like a lazy error. (Ex: If you are opening door number 4, you may build the number 8). And the huge Santa build was randomly placed in the middle, and not at the end, as the big reveal. So this could have been great, but it was very sloppy for us, which took the magic away from it quite a bit. But my kids do enjoy the builds. We knew they would be small bricks. We are very used to, and comfortable with small-brick builds.

Difficult
It wasn’t expensive so it was worth the price but these blocks are very difficult to put together. My 6 year old had issues. Would be better for 8-12 year olds who enjoy legos/blocks/building or a challenge.

Terrible 1/5th scale building blocks
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY THESE.They are terrible. Literally micro legos. Like the smallest real legos are small enough. These are somehow even smaller. Big hands? Like the ones that grow on adults? Yeah, no, don't even. Small kid hands? Frustration central. Everyone is frustrated, no one is pleased. 0/10

TINY!
Really cute idea! Didn't realize the bricks were so tiny but no big deal. I'm making most of them as the 6 year olds weren't too in to them. Was going ok until day 11 and it was a repeat. We got 2 #8s.

Very complicated to assemble
Bought for my 11 year old son. The instructions were not clear. Pieces very small. He had to have help assembling every one. Would not recommend for something fun, it was more frustrating for him than fun.

Avoid this advent calendar
I’d give this a zero if I could. My 7 year old received this as a gift. These are impossible and the source of unnecessary tears and stress at an already stressful time of the year. The blocks are tiny and the picture instructions are awful. Don’t buy!!!!

Too Small!
Not super thrilled with this purchase. The blocks are incredibly small, and you really need to use tweezers. Each build has many pieces, definitely intended for older kids. The most disappointing part is that it isn’t organized correctly. For example, today is day 11 but the build is a 4.
