Yes and it has adjustable Velcro pads to customize it to your tail gate

Does it fit 2021 RAM 1500 with backup camera?

It works well with my back up camera on my F-250. Should work on the Dodge as well. Plenty of adjustments to accommodate a wide range of camera systems.

Will this fit a 2019 F150

That I don’t know, it fits my F-250 fine, so it should fit the F-150 as well.

Will this fit a ram1500?

It should. Fit my trail boss with the multi-flex tailgate.

This is not a Full size tailgate pad as the title says. This is a mid size tailgate pad. It was here in time for a big trip and now we won’t have one.
