Q: What's the difference, besides the price, between the two of each of the sizes?

Sizes are not standardized and with these I find the small is medium and medium is large even though they give medium measurement

Q: Do they use discreet packaging?

No it was not discreet. It was in my mailbox, no envelope or external packaging. Just a clear package of underwear w/ label stuck on. Showing size in giant letters and obviously colors. I’m disgusted by this lack of discretion or privacy.

Only the solid colors are 100% cotton. The stripes are 25% polyester.
