I thought it was just figures in the box, but it comes with passports and stickers for the passport. You keep the passport for the international ones you've collected. My son doesn't quite understand that yet, but he loves opening these Ryan Surprises up.

I've gotten two of these at two different times for my five year old he loves being surprised and he opens it and loves taking the stickers and putting them in the book he uses the mini toys for bath time
