Uso Mimolus in preparazione di riunioni importanti, quando so che dovrò parlare davanti a circa 80 persone. Non amo mettermi in evidenza ma per lavoro sono obbligata ad espormi.Comincio ad assumerlo 3 volte al giorno circa 1 mese prima e l'ansia si riduce ed è gestibile. Valido aiuto!!!
