Easy to use. Tasteless and soluble so you don’t know you are taking it. Sachets are discreet so can sneak into my coffee and no one notices !

This fibre addition to my diet works really well. Stir in to any drink, hot or cold, there is no taste, and the added fibre is very beneficial to my digestive system. The single serve option is so convenient. Can’t find this in Ontario Canada,, so happy to be able to get it on Amazon.

You know what they say about fibre? It’s the intestinal broom. These on the go sticks are so handy for when you travel or go to the office and want to make sure you get your fibre intake. It’s tasteless and colourless so you don’t notice it at all. These work really well too and will have your insides cleaned out in no time. I take psyllium husk at home but when I’m on the go the benefiber on the go sticks are my choice!
