I followed all the directions perfectly, but couldn't get it to work. The customer service people replied quickly ... but it was my husband who figured out the problem. I was putting my fingers on the wrong side of the device - So it wouldn't sync with my phone! A pamphlet that includes more detailed instructions would help. All that said I'm glad I got this device and so is my doctor.charging up the device, making sure my Bluetooth was on, uploading their software but the device would not sync with my phone.. When I wrote to the company for help they wanted me to send a video of the problem. A video of a screen that doesn't sync and doesn't turn on?? A video of an inert device sitting on my table? Weird customer service. I will flow up, sending my Amazon receipt and model number but this is a bad beginning.

I would have given five stars but after it was purchased I saw it available on ebay for less than half the price!

Very easy to use, simple to set up on your phone. I bought 2 , one for myself and one my son in law.

Good quality. Easy to use and no monthly charge like some other devices

Request me to register for 4.99$/wk fee or 49$/yr to use first time automatically while activating a free trial. Cheesy!! I can probably just cancel the subscription immediately after using, don’t really know and just don’t like how they require it.
