Resveratrol Supplement - Potent 1400mg Formula with Trans Resveratrol, Quercetin, Grape Seed, Green Tea, Acai and Red Wine Extract - 60 Veggie Capsules

Finishing my first bottle of this supplement, some observations I've been able to jot down. Very interesting supplement:- initial energy "boost", then after 3-4 days of taking the supplement, complete bodily relaxation. I have not slept or felt more calm in years. I am young guy, 34, and this has been a nice surprise and benefit. Your body will stop and get the rest it needs, despite all the daily stress you have been living in. After this recovery phase, taking this supplement daily feels like a meditation/anxiolytic pill. At last for me. I am not on any other medications, aside from Turmeric and occasional Vitamin D.- weight loss/fast loss: now that I have definitely noted. Being already fit, I've noticed body fat % drop over the past few weeks to the point of seeing good muscle definition. It definitely has anti-aromatase properties; libido up in 5 days, to normalize to normal after a week or so.- muscle/recovery - SIRT1 activation prevents fasting induced protein degradation, but also, buffers the opposite - increased anabolic signaling when muscle needs to be rebuilt. Overall, good exercise recovery, but definitely noticed less of "pumps" and soreness next day. Also noticed a plateau in gaining weight when training.-aerobic capacity - definitely noticed a preserved, and enhanced, capacity. Tidal volume increased with running/heavy aerobic exercise. Less fatiguability after cardio.- skin - one thing noticed is less of the "racoon eyes" after late nights at work or fatigue. Skin well hydrated, but not sure if property of this molecule or just the climate I live in.Overall, very interesting supplement. I decided to not take it on daily basis, as after two weeks of daily use, your body achieves homeostasis. For me that meant being extremely relaxed, carefree and sleeping a lot, with lowered drive to exercise. I now take it on days I don't work out, or on string of heavy work days. Also, noted if taken in the morning, it has the propensity to lower blood pressure several hours down the line, making you crash during lunch. I found mid afternoon dosing best, but not around gym/pre-workout or post workout.Highly recommend adjunct for anti-aging and general tissue/brain health, but needs some time to get used to and understand it as a supplement, as it affect so many body systems.

I'm a big fan of Polyphenols after hearing Dr. Gundry talk about them at length on his website and in his books. I ordered these as a polyphenol supplement to enhance my diet and possibly get my gut in good health and maybe lose a little weight. I've been taking these for about two weeks now. So far I've seen some great effects. My favorite benefit is that my skin is glowing and very clear...(nice and wasn't expected). I normally have pretty dry skin and since being on these polyphenols, my skin is full of moisture and the dry patches have all but disappeared. I do have a little more pep in my step too. The extra energy is awesome and it's a clean boost. Not a jittery, caffeinated boost. I went ahead and purchased the Polyphenol Berries and the Plant supplements as well. (2 separate supplements in the $50/$60 range..each) They are pretty costly so I did a lot of reading first to make sure I was getting the right stuff. I think Dr. Gundry is really onto something with his recommendations of polyphenols and what their benefits are. I'm very pleased with the results and I'm looking for them to only get better. I feel great! Excellent investment for your health!

My only concern is for the strength.I have high BP.For some reason this strength is way to high for me. I take 5 mg benazipril and 10mg amlodipine. That along with 5 mg of Bystolic keep me very well controlled.This strength is too much for me because my BP bottoms out.What I did was switch to their 6 GM. Strength and I take it later in the day.I have tried several brands and I feel the pill is definitely the smallest easiest to swallow.They obviously use very pure product as It does have an effect on BP whereas the others at 4 mg did not.I believe in astaxanthin as my cholesterols improved as did my trygliceride.If you have normal BP I would take this dose.For those similar to myself I would use their 6 mg. I cannot take it at same time as my other meds. I take them at 7am this at noon.I feel this pill is easier to swallow as it’s small and slippery. I also have taken it daily for two months when my cardiologist compared labs. She was impressed. Can’t claim that will be everyone but I cannot take the statins. All of them bother my joints. Even at low doses.They also have been linked to memory deficits.Anyhow the theory of this product/supplement worked for me and I am glad as I have 75% blockage.

From what I can tell, it's good quality. I have been using it for a few weeks now. The pills are easy to swallow. I know that many people claim that resveratol does alot of things but I can only attest to my own experiences. My skin has become less prone to breakouts and my skin heals at a much faster rate when I get a cut. As for the anti-aging claims, I have no idea. Guess only time will tell. I have tried to open the capsule ans mix it with water but it does not mix well. That would be the only drawback but that is so minor that I won't take a star off the rating. I will definitely be buying more next month.
