melt rate on these is normal. never got these when they were melted just soft in the heat...they recover quickly.Always fresh.Sugar content is relatively low if you know about good protein bars...they have 20 grams of high quality protein...higher than most bars that use soy protein.Consistency of BSN bars are exceptional. Highly recommend these as snack of on the go meal.

I usually find most protein bars don't taste that great or feel like you're biting into a brick. Or they feel like you're trying to eat a bunch of peanut butter.These have been a game changer for me. The Vanilla Marshmallow is my favorite. If you're a rice crispy fan, you'll love these. Great consistency and taste. I pair one of these with my protein shake after my workouts. These bars travel well too. These bars have a good amount of protein & fiber as well.These make for a great dessert if you're trying to find a somewhat healthier alternative!

These are actually not bad at all. Good to kill the sweet craving. They’re pretty big, & also have 18gr of protein. I also like that they don’t have a big aftertaste.

The macros are great. Quality is great. However, there are many reviews of it tasting like rice crispy treats, and THAT is not the case.It might taste similar, if you haven't eaten sugar in a few years? Maybe?I will also point out that they loadddd these with some type of sweetner, which makes them better tasting. It still doesn't satisfy my sugar cravings, and it's too sweet to eat regularly.I will be eating the rest of the box, and don't regret buying them. Will I be ordering them again? Perhaps not.

I’ve been a bodybuilder for many, many years and have tried tons of different protein bars. These BSN peanut butter crunch are by far my favorite. They don’t upset my stomach and taste fantastic. They have 20gms of protein which is perfect amount between meals but sometimes I’ll eat 2 of them as a meal replacement
