These work really well for me.

A nice way to add extra fiber to my diet. These gummies take a bit longer to chew than some others I have tried.. Different flavors are all yummy.

My special treat when I wake up. I supervise dog feeding and eat my vitamins and gummies.

We like this gummy probiotic supplement a lot, and when it became difficult to find in stores we set up an amazon subscription service. There are other gummy probiotic fiber thingies but we like this one. The amazon subscription thing worked well for a while, but we just canceled it, as the most recent package arrived with a cold pack that was supposed to be frozen but was in fact not merely thawed but actively hot. We will either find another source, or only purchase them as individual orders during the cold season. Be careful if you order during warm or hot weather. Oh.... and remember to chew well & take with plenty of water! Enjoy!

They were a chewy gummy but the fiber taste was horrible. Waste of my money

I got these after suffering from constipation since my gallbladder removal. I hate taking laxatives so I thought I’d give these a try. I personally like them. They’re not hard on my stomach and they’re easy, for me, to swallow. I gave the taste 4/5 because the after taste is.... different. It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing. I gave 4/5 for value because these are pretty pricey but then again, they do the job! I gave 4/5 for easy to swallow because they are a little difficult to chew and I could see where someone with swallowing difficulties may choke on them a bit. I’d start out taking one and see what it does, and if that doesn’t work, up your dose to two twice a day. I haven’t had any bad side effects such as bad bloating or gas, either.

This product is pleasant tasting, and it helps to get your digestive tract functioning properly and well. I am very pleased with this product.

I need to increase my daily fiber intake. These are the best fiber supplements.
